• Publishing of the trial on the patient portal
  Ask BMS owns a patient portal for clinical trials. Here patients can inform themselves about clinical research, about ongoing studies and register themselves if they are interested in participating in a trial. The contact data of these patients is then forwarded to the clinical research sites.
• Direct Mailing
  Ask BMS has access to different databases with patients that have declared themselves as interested in studies. Ask BMS contacts the patients and informs them about the trial. The response rate is very high since patients have registered themselves with a concrete interest in studies.
• Community Outreach
  Ask BMS will coordinator community events including seminars, health fairs and the like providing additional opportunity for the public to learn about the clinical research site and specific trials.
• Recruiting through the Referral Network
  Physicians have direct access to interested patients. Statistically, most patients agree that they would participate in a trial if their physician recommended it. Ask BMS has established a physician referral database allowing for fast patient recruitment.  We will also develop a site-specific referral network by directly contacting doctors and service-care providers that interact with the patient population you need for you trials.  We conduct face-to-face meetings as well as phone contacts to physicians and service-care providers throughout the country.
